Fells (ankle) was released from the hospital Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports 1 reports.
Fells spent nearly three weeks in the hospital, having numerous surgeries to treat a MRSA infection, but the issue is now under control. Now that he's returned home, he'll be monitored by an in-home nurse, with the likelihood that his NFL career is over as a result.
