Alford (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Colts, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Alford was assessed by medical staff after taking a hit to the head in the first half, and the fourth-year pro has entered the league's concussion protocol and will not return. Natrone Brooks and Keith Taylor are in line for more snaps at outside corner in Alford's absence.
