Fluker was reinstated from a six-game suspension Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports
Fluker is currently unsigned after spending training camp with the Dolphins, though he had a workout with the Raiders on Tuesday. Given the number of injuries around the league, he should be able to find a depth role in Las Vegas, or elsewhere.
