Carroll (concussion) is questionable to play Sunday against the Rams.
It isn't clear if Carroll has cleared concussion protocol yet. Given his questionable tag, he presumably hasn't. That means he'll need to gain clearance from both the team and an independent neurologist prior to Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff in order to play.
