The Cowboys activated Hooker (toe) from injured reserve Monday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Hooker remains listed as questionable, but his activation ahead of Monday night's game against the Raiders would suggest he has a good chance to play. With Juanyeh Thomas (migraines) placed on the reserve/NFI list last week, Hooker's return would be welcomed by Dallas' struggling defense.
