Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said that McLaurin (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Bears, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
McLaurin and Noah Brown (groin) will both sit out Week 6, paving the way for all of Luke McCaffrey, Jaylin Lane and Chris Moore to handle increased offensive roles behind top available wideout Deebo Samuel (heel), who may himself be a game-time decision. McLaurin will end up missing his third consecutive game due to a lingering quad injury. His next chance to suit up will come Oct. 19 on the road against Dallas in Week 7.
