Groy agreed to a contract with the Chargers on Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
The 29-year-old joined the Chargers in October after Mike Pouncey went down with a neck injury, appearing in nine games in a reserve role with the team. Groy will likely fill a similar role in 2020 if he makes the season-opening roster.
