Washington signed with the Falcons' practice squad on Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Washington spent last season on the team's practice squad, but he never made it to the active roster. Despite starting multiple preseason games, the Southeastern Louisiana product was unable to secure a 53-man roster spot out of training camp and will once again be a member of the practice squad.
