Denver waived Lohner on Tuesday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
The Broncos selected Lohner in the seventh round of April's NFL Draft, but he won't end up making the team's initial 53-man roster. The Utah product is a prime candidate for Denver's practice squad given his intriguing skill set and raw potential.
