Cooper practiced without limitations Wednesday and wasn't listed on Cleveland's initial Week 4 injury report, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Cooper stayed down after one of Cleveland's final offensive plays in Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants, but he eventually walked off under his own power. he veteran wide receiver has evidently recovered from that injury scare and should continue working as quarterback Deshaun Watson's top target Sunday against the Raiders. After being limited to five catches for 27 yards and no touchdowns on 17 targets through the Browns' first two games, Cooper broke out for a 7-86-2 receiving line on 12 targets in the loss to New York.
