Dunn was released by the Texans on Thursday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
Dunn missed the final three games in 2020 due to a fractured hip, but he was medically cleared ahead of training camp this year. The 28-year-old signed a three-year, $12 million contract with Houston in February 2020 but will now hit free agency with just under a month remaining until the regular season.
