Anderson (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's wild-card game against the Broncos, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Anderson suffered the injury during the first half of Sunday's game and was being checked on by trainers on the sidelines. He's served as the Bills' sixth offensive lineman for most of the season, though he did start in four of 17 games.
