Louis-Jean was waived by Miami on Saturday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
The Dolphins are a little thin in the secondary so it should come as a surprise that Louis-Jean didn't survive the first round of cuts. Louis-Jean could be brought back at a later date should the need arise.
