Green (neck) doesn't carry an injury designation into Thursday night's game against the Rams, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Green missed last Sunday's loss to the Jaguars but will draw back into the lineup against Los Angeles. Green started each of the Niners' first three games and has logged 13 tackles (eight solo) and three pass breakups as an every-down cornerback.
