Brown (ankle) isn't participating in San Francisco's minicamp, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Brown continues to deal with an ankle injury that he picked up earlier in the offseason. The 25-year-old is expected to be healthy in time for training camp and should serve as one of the team's starting safeties once the regular season begins.
