DiManche didn't practice Monday due to a hamstring injury, Joe Fann of the 49ers' official site reports.
At this point, DiManche looks questionable to play in Saturday's preseason matchup with the Broncos. The 26-year-old is competing for a depth role at linebacker during training camp.
