The 49ers have listed Dorsey (knee) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Dorsey returned to action last week after being sidelined in Week 5 due to a nagging knee injury. He was able to practice in full on Wednesday, but spent the rest of the week practicing in a limited role. The veteran is trending toward a game-time decision Sunday.
