Surratt (undisclosed) did not play in Saturday's 30-9 preseason loss to the Broncos, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Surratt is dealing with an undisclosed injury, which forced him to miss the team's preseason opener with Denver. Head coach Kyle Shanahan did not mention Surratt while he was naming players Sunday who "could" return Saturday versus the Raiders, so Surratt may be dealing with more than a minor injury.
