Matt McGloin is expected to be the No. 3 quarterback in Philadelphia this year behind Carson Wentz and Connor Cook, and he has minimal Fantasy value coming into the season. In 2016, McGloin appeared in four games and completed just 8-of-15 passes for 50 yards as the backup in Oakland to Derek Carr. He should not be drafted in the majority of leagues.
