Eric Rogers will compete for a role as a reserve receiver for the 49ers this season, but he has minimal Fantasy value in the majority of leagues coming into the year. Rogers last played in the CFL in 2015 with the Calgary Stampeders, and he had 87 catches for 1,448 yards and 10 touchdowns. He suffered a torn ACL in training camp and missed the 2016 season, but he's expected to be fine for training camp. We'll see if he makes the final roster for the 49ers this season, and he could be a waiver wire addition during the year.
