Derik Queen C | NO
Pelicans' Derik Queen: Grabs eight boards Saturday
Queen posted eight points (3-6 FG, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one steal in 23 minutes during Saturday's 121-99 win over Atlanta.
Queen finished Saturday's game as the Pelicans' second-leading bench scorer and finished second on the team in rebounds behind Karlo Matkovic (10). Although he's coming off the bench, Queen's averages early on in the 2026-27 season are similar to what he produced during his rookie campaign last year. The Maryland product is averaging 11.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals over 23.7 minutes per game this season.

Mitchell Robinson C | BOS
Celtics' Mitchell Robinson: Downgraded to out
Robinson (rest) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Magic.
Robinson has been downgraded from questionable to out and will miss the first half of Boston's upcoming back-to-back set. He'll likely be able to suit up Monday in Houston.

Thomas Bryant C | CLE
Cavaliers' Thomas Bryant: Scores 11 points in season debut
Bryant chipped in 11 points (3-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one block in 11 minutes during Saturday's 136-111 victory over the Bucks.
Bryant made his first appearance of the season, playing almost the entire fourth quarter in what ended up being a blowout victory. While this was a great per-minute performance, the simple fact is that Bryant is too buried on the depth chart to have any chance at consistent fantasy value.

Jarrett Allen C | CLE
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Logs another double-double
Allen finished with 25 points (12-16 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-4 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists and one steal across 24 minutes in Saturday's 136-111 win over the Bucks.
Allen had his most productive game of the 2026-27 campaign Saturday, ending with a season high in scoring while picking up his second double-double in his last three appearances. The 28-year-old is now averaging 15.3 points, 9.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.8 blocks over 27.8 minutes per contest in five regular-season games. Allen has also displayed improved range, considering he has missed just one of his three attempts from deep this season.

Victor Wembanyama C | SA
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Sensational in Saturday's victory
Wembanyama finished Saturday's 121-111 win over the Timberwolves with 43 points (17-34 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 6-9 FT), seven rebounds, four assists, six blocks and one steal over 33 minutes.
After posting a season-high 36 points against the Jazz on Wednesday, Wembanya one-upped himself Saturday with a game-high 43 points, which was the second-most of his four-year NBA career (50 points on Nov. 13, 2024, against the Wizards). His 34 field-goal attempts were a career high, and unsurprisingly, the 2023 first-overall pick contributed defensively with six swats. Wembanyama will end the month of October having averaged 28.0 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.8 threes, 4.2 blocks and 1.3 steals over 32.3 minutes per game.

Kel'el Ware C | MIL
Bucks' Kel'el Ware: Double-doubles off bench
Ware finished Saturday's 136-111 loss to the Cavaliers with 19 points (6-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal over 24 minutes.
Most of Ware's production came in the fourth quarter, when the game was already well out of reach for the Bucks. Still, the third-year big man made the most of his opportunity and ended up leading Milwaukee in both points and rebounds en route to his third double-double of the season. All three of those double-doubles have come over his last four outings, and in that span, Ware has averaged 15.0 points, 11.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.3 threes and 1.0 blocks over 22.2 minutes per game while connecting on 42.9 percent of his field-goal attempts. Even with his strong output as of late, Ware's production ceiling will continue to be limited while coming off the bench and working behind starters Myles Turner and Kyle Kuzma.

Jock Landale C | ATL
Hawks' Jock Landale: Won't return Saturday
Landale (hip) won't return to Saturday's game against the Pelicans.
Landale only logged one minute Saturday before exiting the contest. His next opportunity to get back on the floor will come Monday versus Indiana. In the meantime, Asa Newell should see more playing time behind Onyeka Okongwu.
-
Joan Beringer C | MIN
Timberwolves' Joan Beringer: Starting Saturday
Beringer will start Saturday against the Spurs, Jack Borman of Lockedon Wolves reports.
Beringer will draw the start with Rudy Gobert (back) out, making him an intriguing plug-and-play option in daily fantasy leagues. Beringer can struggle with foul trouble, and he'll have a tough matchup against San Antonio, but he can rack up the rebounds and defensive stats when given the opportunity.

Quinten Post C | MEM
Grizzlies' Quinten Post: Won't play Saturday
Post (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game versus Sacramento, Chris Herrington of The Daily Memphian reports.
Post was listed as doubtful, and now we have official confirmation that he'll be on the inactive list Saturday night. His minutes will likely be divvied up amongst Isaiah Stewart and Taylor Hendricks.

Clint Capela C | HOU
Rockets' Clint Capela: Heading back to bench Saturday
Capela is not listed in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Oklahoma City, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
Capela started in Friday's 116-111 loss to the Mavericks. However, with Alperen Sengun (back) returning from a two-game layoff, Capela will move back to the bench.
