Head coach Steve Kerr plans to start Lendeborg to begin the season, per Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area.
Both Jimmy Butler (knee) and Moses Moody (knee) are expected to be on the shelf for an extended period to open 2026-27, and Lendeborg is primed to help pick up the slack to start the year. The rookie first-rounder will be looking to make a case to remain a full-time starter and carries plenty of upside in the later rounds of fantasy drafts.
