Hansen was assigned to the Rip City Remix on Wednesday, the Trail Blazers announced.
With Portland sending him to the G League, Hansen is set for additional developmental reps away from the NBA roster. The move suggests the center won't be part of the Trail Blazers' immediate rotation while he's with the Remix.
