Caruso will start Tuesday's preseason meeting with Indiana, Justin Martinez of The Oklahoman reports.
Chet Holmgren (quadriceps) will remain on the inactive list, opening the door for Caruso to enter the starting five. He'll be joined in the first unit by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Jalen Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein.
