Eason (undisclosed) exited to the locker room in the third quarter of Thursday's preseason game against the Thunder, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
Eason jogged back to the locker room but has since returned to the bench, per Guillory. Still, it's unclear if he'll return to Thursday's preseason finale.
