Head coach Ime Udoka said Sheppard (knee) is unlikely to play in Friday's game against the Spurs, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
Sheppard sustained a left knee bone bruise in Wednesday's season-opening win over Dallas and is not expected to play in the front end of this back-to-back set. If he's unable to play, Marcus Smart and Bogdan Bogdanovic would likely see increased burn.
