Barnes (adductor) is listed as out for Friday's game against Milwaukee, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Barnes will miss his first game of the 2026-27 campaign Friday, and his next chance to suit up will come Monday in Memphis. With Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) and Kawhi Leonard (knee) sidelined as well, RJ Barrett, Ja'Kobe Walter, Jamal Shead and Collin Murray-Boyles are expected to be the Raptors' top offensive contributors, regardless of who starts.
