Murphy posted 11 points (4-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 19 minutes in Tuesday's 116-110 preseason win over the Thunder.
Murphy was one of five New Orleans players who scored in double digits in this comeback win, and he also made his presence felt with two steals. Expect the veteran forward to be a steady contributor for the Pelicans on both ends of the court when the regular season begins in late October.
