Strawther (knee) will undergo an MRI on Thursday morning, Katy Winge of Altitude Sports reports.
Strawther exited to the locker room in the third quarter of Wednesday's loss to the Clippers after his left knee bent awkwardly following contact while handling the ball. "All you can do is hope for the best," said Nuggets head coach David Adelman. An extended absence for Strawther would test Denver's depth on the wing with Spencer Jones (hamstring) not yet cleared for contact.
