De Larrea closed with 10 points (3-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, six assists, two blocks and one steal over 30 minutes in Wednesday's 101-97 preseason loss to the Pelicans.
After beginning his playing career internationally, de Larrea is ready to show what he's capable of at the NBA level. The 20-year-old guard is likely to begin the season as a depth piece in Dallas' backcourt, but he's making a case for future consideration in the rotation with a promising preseason run.
