Lively (foot) is listed as out for Monday's game against the Kings.
Although there haven't been any negative reports regarding Lively's rehab progress, it doesn't appear he will be back in the lineup anytime soon. For now, the 22-year-old should be considered week-to-week. While Lively remains on the shelf, Daniel Gafford and Moussa Cisse should continue to handle most of the work at the five. Santi Aldama (knee) might also get involved in that area once he's cleared to return.
