Johnson agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Lakers on Friday, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
After going undrafted this summer and joining the Heat for Summer League play, Johnson is signing with Los Angeles. While the 23-year-old point guard could compete for a spot on the regular-season roster, the Lakers now own his G League rights, making it possible the team waives Johnson before camp begins.
