The Lakers recalled Carr (oblique) from the G League's Coachella Valley Lakers on Tuesday, Mark Medina of TheSportingTribune.com reports.
Carr presumably joined the G League Lakers to get some practice reps in while working his way back from an oblique strain. His next chance to play for the parent club will come Wednesday against the Clippers in the second leg of the Lakers' back-to-back set.
