Hart (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's preseason game against Toronto, Stefan Bondy of The New York Post reports.
According to Steve Popper of Newsday, Hart is dealing with right ankle soreness. His next chance to play will come in Tuesday's regular-season opener versus Philadelphia. Mohamed Diawara will draw the start in Hart's place Thursday.
