Black went to the locker room during the fourth quarter of Thursday's preseason game against the Lakers after appearing to get poked in the eye, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
Black grabbed a rebound and looked to get either hit in the face or poked in the eye, resulting in his removal from the exhibition. He was spotted walking slowly to the locker room after exiting. Black can be considered questionable to return until further notice.
