Bailey closed with 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt), five rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 24 minutes during Wednesday's 123-103 loss to the Grizzlies.
Even with Jusuf Nurkic (foot) on the shelf, Bailey wasn't able to beat out Jaxson Hayes at training camp for an Opening Night start. Hayes swatted six shots Wednesday, so he likely extended his leash as a member of the first unit in Nurkic's stead for now.
