Memphis recalled Lopez from the G League's Memphis Hustle on Thursday.
Lopez was sent to the G League squad only for Thursday's practice before rejoining the Grizzlies. While he's not seeing a lot of playing time for the parent club, the rookie remains a depth option and could also be involved in G League action if he's assigned again in the future. He hasn't played in any of the last two NBA contests after logging two points and two rebounds over seven minutes of play at the end of October.
