Burries (coach's decision) is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's preseason game against Chicago.
Burries was unavailable Sunday but will move into the starting lineup Wednesday with several Milwaukee regulars resting. The guard figures to open the regular season in a reserve role but should compete for significant playing time after being selected No. 10 overall in the 2026 NBA Draft.
