Caldwell-Pope left Sunday's game against the Pistons due to an apparent right wrist injury, Chris Hine of The Philly Inquirer reports.
Caldwell-Pope was doubled over in pain during a timeout, appearing to be grabbing at his right wrist, before heading to the locker room. If he is unable to return, Anfernee Simons, Labaron Philon and Justin Edwards could see extra minutes.
