The Pirates reassigned Webb to minor-league camp Tuesday.
Webb struggled mightily on the mound last season to the tune of a 12.24 ERA and 2.51 WHIP across 28.2 frames between Double-A and Triple-A. Between his numbers from last season and his inability to limit baserunners during spring training, it's not a surprise to see him in the minors once again.
