The Pirates recalled Sisk from Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.
Sisk was acquired from Kansas City on July 31. He'll be making his Pirates debut when he gets into a game. Sisk had posted a 3.77 ERA in 28.2 innings with the Royals' Triple-A affiliate in Omaha, but he's surrendered six runs in 5.1 innings so far with Indianapolis.
