O'Hearn is absent from the lineup for Tuesday's game in Toronto.
Right-hander Trevor Richards is serving as an opener for the Blue Jays, but he's always had reverse splits. It's possible O'Hearn will pinch hit when Toronto goes to the bullpen (Bowden Francis is slated for bulk relief), but O'Hearn will begin the game on the bench.
