Hicks went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, two additional RBI and an additional run scored in Wednesday's win over the White Sox.
Hicks is enjoying an excellent start to the season, hitting safely in four of his first five games while going yard three times already. With three homers, 12 RBI and eight runs scored in 19 plate appearances through five games, Hicks should cool down sooner rather than later. However, it wouldn't be a stretch to call him one of the hottest bats in the National League over the first week of the regular season.
