Woo (shoulder) told reporters Monday that he's "100 percent confident" he will make his scheduled start against the Phillies on Wednesday, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.

Woo has been working through right shoulder soreness, which shortened his last start against the Astros on Aug. 16 and caused him to skip a turn in the rotation Friday against the Cubs. He felt optimistic after throwing a bullpen session Sunday, and it appears the right-hander will toe the rubber for Wednesday's series finale. Woo has a 9-8 record over 24 starts this season with a 4.10 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 137:29 K:BB across 138.1 innings.
