Fraley was non-tendered by the Rays on Friday, Steve Carney of StPeteNine.com reports.
Fraley was designated for assignment by the Rays only two weeks after being claimed off waivers. Fraley has had at least a .700 OPS in five consecutive seasons but has also struggled to remain healthy, which will likely limit him to a very modest contract.
