Moreno (adductor) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.

Moreno will get at least one game off after he was removed from Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Brewers with left adductor tightness. Considering that Moreno missed nearly five weeks with a left adductor strain before he returned from the injured list Sept. 15, the backstop could be at risk of missing the entire final week of the regular season. For now, the Diamondbacks are considering Moreno day-to-day while they await the results of an MRI.
