Hagadone (elbow) agreed to a minor league contract with the Brewers on Thursday.
Hagadone will head to the Brewers after spending parts of the last five seasons with the Indians. He is recovering from a July procedure on his elbow, but will get a chance to show what he can do during spring training if he is healthy.
