The Blue Jays outrighted Rodriguez (undisclosed) to Triple-A Buffalo on Sunday.
Rodriguez is no longer on the 40-man roster but will remain in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The right-handed reliever hasn't pitched for Buffalo for several weeks due to an undisclosed injury and remains on the Triple-A club's 7-day injured list.
