Rooker went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Astros.
Rooker tied the game in the top of the eighth inning with a 420-foot solo shot off Framber Valdez, his 36th homer this year. The 29-year-old Rooker has been on a tear at the plate, going 28-for-75 (.373) with seven homers and 18 RBI over his last 18 games. His slash line is up to .298/.370/.580 with 102 RBI, 76 runs scored and nine stolen bases across 548 plate appearances this season.
