Draft Scouting Report

Summary

Brenen Thompson’s career has taken him across the SEC, starting at Texas, then spending two seasons at Oklahoma before finishing at Mississippi State. It wasn’t until his time with the Bulldogs that his big-play ability truly emerged. He got open at will downfield last fall, averaging 18.5 yards per catch and surpassing the 1,000-yard mark. Thompson is undersized and will face limitations because of it, but he can separate at a high level.
